​​What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple pay, Google pay, and all major credit cards.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. Your payment information is collected only at final check out.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, at this time, orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. Please look at our return policy if you no longer want to keep your purchase for any reason.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, most orders are sent with estimated delivery dates or tracking information. If your order does not automatically provide you with this, please contact our customers service email (customerservice@poeticsettings.com). We will be happy to provide you with further information.

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.

What are your Shipping Guidelines?

When orders are placed. Items are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Shipping speed varies with different types of items. Items are typically received within 14 days of order placed, although, common shipping speeds are usually between 3-5 business days.

What is your Return Policy?

Our customer's happiness is our main priority. You, as the customer have up to 30 days to return any item for store credit only. If a specific item is returned with in the specified time period of the individual item (typically being no longer than 14 days) the item has the option of being fully refunded minus the return shipping cost of the item being returned.

What if I receive the wrong item or my item is damaged?

In the unlikely circumstance where you received a damaged item or you received one or more incorrect item or items instead of the products you ordered, we will replace them free of additional charge. Please contact us at customerservice@poeticsettings.com, and we will coordinate the return and replacement process with you.
